We invite fair and honest reviews and criticism is welcome. That helps drives us as a company to make forward positive changes; although your feedback is a little dramatically suspicious. As you are most aware, SmarTek21 had placed their trust and loyalty into a few management personal who came to the company with their own agenda’s. They recruited several SmarTek21 employees to work on non-SmarTek21 competitive and for-profit projects using all SmarTek21 resources - creating a new company for themselves. This type of behavior is obviously unacceptable and unethical and when they were exposed, those employees were asked to leave causing threats, continual negative smear reviews and untruthful attacks on the company. Also, we are also very proud of our client base, many of them have been with SmarTek21 as far back as 10 years and with a plethora of new ones along the way; with that said, referrals are openly available for any potential clients who request them. We now have a wonderful executive management team in place with great vision- they have been doing a good job leading the company in a healthy positive direction and continually working on being the best company it can be. Might I suggest those who have experienced such negativity in their professional careers move on to a more positive space where bitterness and anger can be replaced with success and fulfillment. I am happy that you had good experiences around people who were knowledgeable and could assist you when you needed a solution; however, I must say your assessment of the management team is counter to my personal experience and the experience of the majority of others who have joined SmarTek21 since 2008. In the past we have had employees who were either unethical or were just not the best cultural fit for our company; therefore they were asked to leave and sadly it does feel a bit disorganized as with any company that has lost key team member but we invite fair and honest reviews which drives us as a company to make forward positive changes. One of those changes is additional resources around a tighter process to help better vet potential employees that meet our company culture and core values.
