Nothing really. They will treat you as long as theycan scheme money out of you.

Cons

There are some token white guys as management. Their main job is to have "conferences". The owner misses meeting because of a massage. This is not a company you would want to work for.

I honestly can't think of any. There is not 1 pro for this company that I speak to.

Cons

First of all, this place is quite literally a sweatshop. The amount of fake reviews here are actually laughable. Communication from upper management was inconsistent at best, often leaving us in the dark about important decisions affecting our work. The management is corrupt as well, decisions are made based on the bottom line, rather than what is right. I would caution anyone considering employment here to think twice and explore other options.

It can be draining, particularly if you constantly feel like you're catching up.
