Awesome Company!

Pros

HR was kind and very helpful IT made sure I had all my equipment in working order Employees went out of their way to make me feel comfortable CEO came into my office and welcomed me to the company and asked me if I had everything I needed

None as of yet - fingers crossed

Good people of course! Knowledgeable, helpful and focused on customers first. An evolving management seeking to engage the broader organization more and communicate activities. Management looking to drive the company forward and develop capabilities which generates opportunities for employees.

Cons

Always room for more communication and recognition.

Great review... thank you for taking the time to let us know! I agree there is always more room for communication and recognition. We recognize several employees/consultants at our quarterly events but it is always nice to get more when deserved. Timely Salary Satisfactory 401k Plan. Ok-Ok work culture.

Cons

too much politics Everybody think they are boss. the result is huge difference between promise and fulfill. Everybody is working to save job, not for work.
