Thank you to this individual for this insight. I do not usually respond to social comments but in this case as 5 our managers (who not founders and have been with the company for over a year) have asked for a response thus this response. First of all if you are current employee, hopefully you have attended our quarterly meetings and learned that this year, we have received the best feedback from our existing customers and have had the highest revenue and profitability since in existing. Second, I would ask you to refer to what our mission and vision is. 1) Take Care of employees that share and care about the company 2) Customers – Delivery quality and ensure ROI our customer 3) Ensure company is growth 4) create quality services and products that have been delivered to our customers so that current and future customers can benefit. Third, understand the industry you are in. The entire consulting industry is based on billability, it is not only SmarTek21. So my advice to you is if you believe in the mission, vision mentioned above and the people you work with then talk it out with your manager.
