The place where the company in Venezuela is suitated have worse working conditions than the other sites like in Panama, moreover, the management does not care about some of employees working conditions.

Very generous with Pay, the Company pays more than 75th Quartile of Market rates in all countries, issues Mac computers to employees, everyone is given a mobile phone paid by the company with no limits, Management is robust and young employee age group 35 globally.

Cons

Poor planning, actually very reactive work process. Management declared that time flexibility is allowed but reality the US managers are very arrogant and wants everyone to be an American, HR has been trying to implement processes that will standardise the business processes & improve collaboration Globally...but compliance process is very poor. The company is not cost conscious which undermines everything about the business. Local Leaders are not all competent in Leadership and Management.
