      Great exposure to large US tech... which I did not enjoy

      Educational - particularly working with very intelligent and capable people from the US

      Cons

      Difficult and toxic environment, extremely political and I could see the good people struggling to make positive change (and ultimately failing)

      Fair compensation, awesome colleagues to work with

      Post-acquisition it's been apparent that the primary focus is on the bottom line with no real interest in long-term goals. Random layoffs seem to happen on a regular basis and there's no real sense of job security.
