- Experienced team with diverse backgrounds - Onyx, Concur, Amazon, Qpass, Microsoft, etc - Best ideas win - Focus on quality but not burdened with too much process

Cons

- Experienced team but not exactly a youth movement. Could use some more young talent (and perspective) across the board - Proximity to Bay Area

Before being purchased by the current owner and being led by the current C-suite, we were willing to all work together to push through the challenges and come out on the other side as a team, learn, and improve.

Cons

Nobody really cares anymore, and it is a direct result of current leadership and owners, who nobody wants to follow.

Pros

Lots of really smart, caring people. Customers love the software even with the pricing and product blunders over the past 2-3 years.

Cons

PE ownership and a drive toward an uncommon goal - EEs do not receive stock rewards. C-suite is out of touch by design. Real company goals are not clearly communicated with knowledge workers - just share the Vista SOPs so that we know what's coming. Critical thinking is viewed as dissent.
