Pros

Generally a very positive environment, politically correct and makes a lot of effort towards diversity and inclusion. If you do something well you'll probably be noticed and rewarded for it. Very much an agile learning environment, nothing stays the same so get a new update nearly every day.

Cons

The sales lifecycle is not as cohesive or well designed as it could be. There is a lot of conflict between sales, SE and consulting around how to best progress deals.

- Work life balance is well respected - RSUs are available - generous awards - Interesting and challenging work - Unlimited vacation

Cons

- Not much opportunity for growth - RSUs - although generous, these are given over salary increases - Yearly salary increases are not substantial - Unlimited vacation - does come with a caveat. the employee must provide significant notice before taking time off.
