Pros

Good employees, nice colleagues together.

Cons

The company is doing mass layoff. HR sent security to pull employees out one by one from their desk for execution. I will never forget that day, it was like a movie that people get executed. CEO has his 7 figure salary and bonus, and we only got 1% raise this year? Performance doesn’t matter, you need to be a brownie nose. This company is changed for worse. Don’t join.
