Pros

The company culture was one of the best in the business and tell you great stories about some of the big deals made to get you really excited about working there.

Cons

Smith does not provide helpful resources to help you succeed. There is no structure to upward mobility in the company. All of the large accounts are taken and the smaller accounts do not need to be targeted because they can not make the company any money. Smith only gives you a few months to get business going or they yank the chain.

Pros

Time off is good i guess

Cons

You will only succeed if "management" likes you. They play favorites. Some managers have no business being a manager. They LOVE the other offices in other countries and treat the employees in Houston awful. Forced to come back in the middle of a pandemic. Didn't care that your kid was being homeschooled during the pandemic. Was told to figure it out! The two brothers only care about the high producing sales. The rest fall to the waste side. Hardly give raises, no year end bonuses. Apply at your own risk.

Pros

Everyone is really friendly Good benefits

Cons

CIO doesn't have the experience to lead the team. They rush out deployments and don't spend enough time with testing and getting user feedback. Systems are inconsistent and not thought out. They don't follow proper coding structure, styleguides, or industry standards in regards to software development. CIO also micromanages very badly.
