If you are an intelligent person able to listen to your clients, discover their supply chain "pain points" and given the opportunity to create an internal network to assist in your vision, then you will THRIVE at this company. If you are a driven person with superb listening skills and can zero in on the "go to" people at this company you will do VERY well. If you work HARD on working SMART, focus on an industry or commodity and become an expert, you will be just fine financially.
