Since the exit of the prior CIO and the CBO taking over responsibility it is nothing but toxicity, power plays, incompetence and fear mongering. Round after round of reductions in force, followed by more job eliminations, and eventually ending with closing offices and eliminating more positions to relocate from metropolitan areas to rural Virginia. Current IT leadership is not in control and just executing the maniacal biddings of the CBO whose objective is just to show savings at all costs. All of this has led to the dilution of any credibility the IT organization once had.
