Nothing to cheer about, decent pay, free food several days/week.

Cons

As others have noted, a culture that promotes mediocrity and yes men, performance and talent is overlooked over tenure, top heavy, too many managers and very few dooers , product is a shiny toy, caters to a very narrow set of usecases, eng team is over worked and there is next to none collaboration between field , eng and pm teams, everyone is busy massaging massive CEO ego. In past 12months entire senior team has left, SVP, VP, Directors, sales engineers, account managers, prof svcs ...you name it. Dont fall for any hype/false narrative, reach out to any ex SanpLogic emp on linkedin to get real pic before you make a decision.

Unlimited PTO CEO is a fair and cordial gentleman Free lunch 2 days a week

Cons

HR management team fosters an unpleasant work environment towards their own employees. They are unprofessional and excluding. Mistreating and publicly shouting at fellow team mates is condoned. As such office morale suffers inordinately. Attrition rate is almost 10% per month.
