Pros
Some really great people here. The quality of hires has increased over the past 6 months. Decent product. The GTM model is in place, but execution is not there yet. No one calls or slacks you after hours. Pretty much shuts down after working hours.
Cons
<30% rep quota attainment last year. 1 person from USCA went to club this year. 4 others made it, but they were fired within a quarter of making their number. This is the only place I've ever been where you have a better than 50% chance of being fired if you actually sell something. Previous comments about the CRO were correct, but thankfully he's gone. Now the CEO is competing with his legacy to be the most narcissistic and worst manager ever. Expect full sales turnover every 2 years. It seems that the CEO doesn't like sales, and thinks he knows more than sales leaders. SDR's were recently removed from half the sales team. Don't expect an SDR, and get ready to go back 10 years in your career. super competitive market. Non-differentiated product, and others do it just as well. SnapLogic loves chasing shiny new buzzwords and tech, but never follows through, which leaves our customers hanging. SnapGPT isn't real, and oh btw it's free, so good luck selling against yourself. Marketing is mostly a joke. They take credit for all 'leads' even when they had nothing to do with them. Actually, they don't bring in any leads, so any leads that the rep creates and works, marketing will take credit for. The stock is probably worth nothing. Who knows. There is no exit strategy. Just ask the 10 yr+ employees who have been holding options for a looooooooong time with no light at the end of the tunnel. While there's some really great people, there's also a lot of dead weight. It's a lifestyle company for people that have been here for a long time. don't expect them to get off their butt to help.
