      Good perks and benefits. Lots of overtime

      Cons

      One of the worst management I've seen in twenty years. Bad training and lack of help once on the floor.

      Pros

      Free lunches and snacks and good healthcare benefits. That's about it. Unlimited PTO is a lie, so not really a pro.

      Cons

      This place is a joke. High turnover across all offices. Leadership is a dictatorship. No opportunities for career advancement. They are launching Raise Week to help other people ask for a raise but wont do a single thing for their own employees. No sense of culture. No work-life balance. Bonuses are a scam as other reviews have said.

      Great people and free lunches and dinner,snacks

      Management, not sufficient, customer service not good, customers never get a call back from Sofi when borrowers reach out for updates.
