Friendly people, free food, games, and other company activities. I like that fact that they keep the job fun and entertaining by making games and competitions for prizes.

Cons

The company has a bad reputation and that includes the CEO and Gigats.com. The company has changed their name several times due to the drowning of its bad reputation and it's catching up again with SoftRock. So, the company just fired probably about more than 50% of their employees just to save them so they can re-invent themselves again. Also, if you have a question management including the CEO dances around your question and never answers it straight forward. Shady upper management, shady company. Most of these "positive" reviews are fake.

Half of the reviews on here are fake. They require us to post positive reviews of the company while working there so of course they are all going to be positive. Also, when a few bad reviews go up, they have the bimbos in their Admin department go write some fake ones. You can tell because theyre all the same.

My co workers. They are some of best people I've ever worked with. It's a shame this company is treating them like garbage

Where to begin, you have to have no soul to work here. The media team takes jobs posted on other sites and reposts them on gigats scamming people to call in and sign up for college. ALL positive reviews below are suspect. If you don't believe me, take the job and within 5 minutes you'll see what's happening. Search "gigats" and you'll see what I mean. People are fired left and right with no reason given. They put on dog and pony shows to help attract new employees when really either your a call center sales person or a writer of fictional jobs. Pay is a complete joke. Don't believe the high numbers they say on their website. Those are all commission based and you will NEVER make commission.
