Pros

lots of food and flag football

Cons

Nothing but a bait and switch job to get people to go to school. The CEO is a loser. Watched him fire a flag football when the calls were going against his team. He was winning 21-0 at half and still complaining. The ref was right on his calls and everyone apologized to him but you play by his rules or he will take his ball and go home.

Pros

Fun atmosphere, flag football, cereal and popcorn in every break room.

Cons

Talents and experience of employees don't seem to be considered when promoting. There is no application process for moving up. They seem to randomly choose people based on no business skills. For instance, someone was promoted based on their flag football skills.

Pros

The company events looked like fun and seemed good, but who wants to have fun (or try to) with the same people that are always putting you down and rolling their eyes at you?

Cons

Management acts like they are superior to others. No real concern towards other employees. I felt like I was just being used until another person took my place. Constant revolving door of new hires.
