Pros

Fun and friendly atmosphere plus have great career growth opportunities. Softrock is constantly offering fun extracurricular activities whether it be a picnic or softball. I genuinely enjoy going to work and my time there passes quickly. I think what I like most is being able to make a positive contribution in the lives of others.

Pros

Room for growth and advancement. Friendly atmosphere. They have guidance counselors for those that get stressed out. There's always an abundance of free food available. Sports and activities available after work provided by the company with free food at locations and parks around the city. Your ideas count at Softrock. Your job and your pay is determined by how hard you want to work and how well you invest your time thhere.

Cons

I really can't find anything that I don't like. And if I did I know that they would do something about it. Let's see......Idk.There's really not much that I don't like but if I come up with something I'll come back to this page and right it down.
