This is an amazing place to work. You know management cares about each employee and has a vested interest in creating a great team atmosphere.

Cons

The standards are high. People who are not hired feel bitter and are negative.

Pros

Opportunity to make money. But be careful that you understand the compensation rules.

Cons

They drag you through a two week BootCamp of six days a week of 10 -12 hour days and then another month of grueling phone work where you are selling people who are looking for jobs on the idea of going back to school online to accomplish their needed education usually involving extensive amounts of school loans to pay for it. For some it is a good opportunity...for others it is just being manipulated into being used to create profit for SoftRock in the form of education leads.

Lots of potential for moving up and increasing your salary, a really fun place to work with all the activities that go on besides working, it's like being with your family away from home

Cons

can't think of any at this time since i am quite happy with my job at softrock and really glad i was able to join this amazing team
