They spend effort teaching you the basics, you work with some of the most amazing partners in the world of tech.

Cons

patience from management wears out after 6 months. Turnover is quite high, a lot of people got sacked in Vancouver in the past 12 months.

Low base pay - decent commission, but base salary could be more based on the state of economy.
