Great people on the sales team. Hires from within.

Cons

Was questioned by my manager after 4 separate vacations why my numbers show no contact with my current customers during the corresponding weeks. It’s called vacation. I also did talk to most of them because my account manager was terrible but I talked to them on the phone and via teams, which don’t show up in their “contact metrics”.

Their is lots of training in the beginning.

Cons

The training is unorganized, and goals are not correctly set. The teams are also very clicky. They say they are there to help but don't want to help when you ask as a new employee.
