* a lot of really talented engineers you can learn from * nice environment * flexible hours * open and direct communication

Cons

Sometimes too dynamic - projects can be canceled anytime and priorities change really quickly (probably good for business, but not pleasant for developer)

good growth opportunities. you can get to know and use interesting technologies if you work hard. company culture is great, all colleagues I've met were eager to help and easygoing - probably the biggest Pro (at least in Brno)

Cons

remote teams. sometimes you are in work until 7pm because of all the meetings with US part of the team. ditto with india.
