      * New CEO, Sudhakar (Jan 2021) is very personable and down to earth. Works very hard to improve company culture and make sure we have fair benefits/Work-life balance * 1 mental health day a quarter *Great benefits & nothing comes out of your paycheck for employee benefits *Yearly merit raises *Down to earth employees

      New CEO is bringing humanity and new strategy into place. He truly cares about the success of the employees.

      Cons

      Some higher level managers don’t understand how to truly lead. They still struggle in certain areas to provide successful career path coaching or opportunities. The old hierarchical structure needs to be flattened out.
