      Decent base but low compared to others in industry

      Cons

      Really bad management - so many changes and yet pay staff lower. Hierachy based - APJ has so many changes and it seems very colour based hiring now. Current VP very toxic trying to bring back his older staff and made it unbearable to work - Good riddance of this company

      Core is still rotten

      Pros

      Clean ups have been done countless time yet a lot of the good honest workers seem to be the ones affected by the cuts and the toxic ones get a pass.

      Cons

      Still alot of gossipers spreading negative comments about other employees who don't align with their direction... the core is still rotten unfortunately, anyone with a new perspective for a better change are ousted within 1-2yrs

      free food once a week, used to have good tools.

      The CEO's decision to enforce a three-day office attendance policy and threaten to monitor swipe card access is not helping the business and the team morals. True leadership requires leading by example, yet it seems the CEO and their inner circle are exempt from these rules. It's essential for leaders to uphold fairness and consistency. Everyone should be held to the same standards, without exceptions. It's time for the CEO to demonstrate integrity and apply their own policies uniformly. Employees deserve fair treatment and transparency, not arbitrary mandates and double standards and don’t try to speak to the HR, they won’t do anything but will come at you
