      Pros

      I am on the MSP side of the business (soon to be N-Able after the splinoff). This is a growing and developing department within the company. They are actively growing the teams and developing what this department will look like. The culture has been carefully curated on a way to keep the right attitude and mindset through the changes we are and will be seeing. The vision of what this will be and what will drive Customer Success, is one I both support and look forward to.

      Cons

      With this growth, there are natural pain points tied to "figuring things out" and having to be quick and adaptable to it. This is not necessarily a "con" for all, but can be a struggle for some.
