There are some good people there but overall it’s a pretty toxic work environment. Executive leadership has unrealistic expectations, and then they are rude and disrespectful to you if you don’t meet them. If you do by some miracle meet goals there is no acknowledgment of it by leadership. Death by meeting is rampant. Expect no less than 5 meetings per day and not much time to do your work. Also efforts toward diversity and inclusion are a joke. They just laid off 75% of the diversity on their marketing team.
