      Cons

      Some may love it but felt leadership left a lot to be desired. Vehemently disagreed with the direction of certain departments. Poor understanding of markets and what customers need and deserve.

      Pros

      Great organization where people generally feel like they belong. They are not selfish with recognition and rewards, so employees feel valued. Executive leaders are very grounded, and you would see some of them really doing ground work.

      Cons

      HOWEVER - seems like they do not show the same care for exiting employees. Credentials and IT access revoked on your last working date even if you are still technically there, you would have to follow up HR constantly for your exit clearance/documents and it will take months before they send it to you. I guess they stop caring for you when you decide to move on.
