      Lots of experience. you can learn lots of skills. training is on point. learn to work under lots pressure. feed you twice a week.

      Cons

      work you like a slave. management makes all the money. if you miss a motnh after hitting 10 months in a row you are nothing to them. no work life home life balance AT ALL. expected to work late every day, even if at quota.

      - Very good entry-level job after school when starting as a developer, tester, or DevOps career - Good job for Microsoft stack fans - Most colleagues and managers are above the industrial average, some are great - Opportunity to quickly learn a lot, and to meet some great people - Work-life balance

      Cons

      - Programming sweatshop - Lack of vision or direction on the company, department, or product level - Micromanagement - Weekly changes of priorities, but working in bi-weekly iterations - Bad engineering practices, even if the opposite is declared during job interviews

      If you are looking for a fast paced challenge then this is the place for you. Great people to work with and a highly diverse workforce. I've had the opportunity to work across 3 different countries hiring some of the most talented people in my career. I am not micromanaged, I am given autonomy to do and enjoy my work. One of the best things about working Solarwinds is that I get to work and talk to everyone from VP's to someone who is just starting their career with us

      The opportunity for some job functions within to be able to work from home more often. We have missed out on some great candidates by not being able to offer this as a standard
