Been at the company for a while and it’s honestly surprising how the Glassdoor rating shot up from 2.6 to 3.5 so quickly. Most of the new glowing reviews seem to be from non-US regions, which makes you wonder if there’s a push happening to boost perception. On the ground here in the US, not much has actually changed. Morale is still low in many teams and the same issues exist. If you’re interviewing, especially for a US role, I’d suggest reading between the lines and asking tough questions.
