Various initiatives have been taken to ensure that employees are learning continuously, such as certified courses, LinkedIn Learning, etc 4. Nothing, as such that needs to be pointed out. But make sure to work on your visibility else it's easy to be lost in a big pool of talent.

If you thrive in constant change there is so much opportunity to try new things and garner responsibility compared to other larger more structured companies. Great benefits and compensation. Internal movement happens frequently, supportive of people and trust their potential. Trying really hard to communicate changes more openly and frequently and can see the improvements compared to 2 years ago.

Cons

Hierarchal structure, sometimes decisions are directed by senior leaders vs discussed openly. But this sort of depends on the leaders, some are very good at delegating and trusting us to run with things. Global teams so hours of work can be a bit all over the place, hard to detach from work when messages can come in at any time.
