      Pros

      Good and informative onboarding process. Easy to understand and use systems etc. Great colleagues whom have been very helpful when in doubt about stuff and also quick in reply etc.

      Cons

      Somewhat unclear about certain stuff, for example who to turn to for ownership of a specific area when ideas or questions. Salesforce limitations regarding looking for, and thus also creating useful lists, when to target and start action on getting New Logos in a specific market. Should be easier for a salesrep to search and get history/info by themselves, thus able beeing more effective in every days work,

      CEO and other senior leaders are unethical bullies. finger on the scale of these reviews to boost the numbers is tip of the iceberg. talent and culture philosophy disconnected from reality
