      No real culture. A truly hostile environment.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Company is growing rapidly. Opportunity to learn a truly innovative business model firsthand.

      Cons

      There is a small clique of execs and middle managers that create a massive bureaucracy. Finger-pointing is the norm - very little teamwork. Employees are treated as disposable resources. Managers are challenged with unattainable goals, and then are not empowered with authority or budget to effect activities that could help get closer to goals.

      Utterly stingy american company that fights for money.

      Pros

      It's relatively stable and growing. Office location is pretty good. Job is kind of interesting. Gives opportunities to students.

      Cons

      Salaries are beneath market. PCs used for development/testing just suck. Working environment is noisier than you'd expect. Overtimes aren't paid. No work trips ever unless you're manager. No educational programs or conferences. Some technologies are way outdated.

      Benefits are decent Pay is okay (but not as good as the margins would indicate) Free lunch twice per week

      Cons

      Politics have taken over. Innovation has come and gone. Employee feedback might as well be a punchline to a bad joke.
