Worked with some very nice people.

Cons

Everything else. Other than the nice people, this was one of the worst and most miserable companies I have ever worked for. Very toxic work environment driven by the executives. Favoritism abound and people in management positions who shouldn't be managers make things even worse. expensive benefits didn't help, especially when you needed medical care You needed from working at this place. I agree with everything that's been said in all of those other negative reviews.

Cons

Depending on your manager, you might be harassed daily to provide forecast numbers. Upper management wants this as well. They simply do not understand that sales opportunities take time to close and don't happen overnight. Forget about work-life balance. It doesn't exist. Managers are horrible. Go to any competitor. You'll be better off.

Great people on my team. Good Benefits/work life balance.

Cons

This job has almost no structure. ZERO career opportunities. You are treated badly by the sales reps. CSR's are overworked. Management can't figure out a way to stop CSR's from leaving and new one's can't be trained quickly enough to replace them, so more work is being added to any one staying. Morale is extremely low.
