Pros

In my role I work with leaders from different regions and backgrounds, building teams in markets where I had no previous network. It's great. The culture I've experienced is forward thinking, competitive but collaborative - everyone wants to succeed. Although we have in-office days, we are a flexible company that trusts and empowers employees to do their best work. We are growing at lightening speed and this is not always for everyone. If you like pace, Sonar is a great place to be.

Cons

Not many. Benefits pack in certain geographies could be better.

Bright-minded and passionate people to work with. Sharp direction and a great innovative place.

Cons

Passing thru a change, and it is normal to face some hurdles, however, with a very clear direction and vision in place.
