- Fantastic product that addresses real pain points for customers - Co-workers that are well vetted in the interview process for having a great skill set, but also a great mindset - A culture that embraces feedback, empowers teams and individuals to have an impact - providing ample opportunities for self-development

Cons

No place is perfect of course, but the time, effort and resources invested by the company in maintaining the excellent standards make it clear they walk the walk. They are not afraid to take feedback and adjust. They always care to do what makes sense. I don’t know that I could ask for more.
