I can only recommend Sonar as a company to work for and experience once in a career! I have loved my 5y there, have had 3 different roles, enjoyed leading a team as well as being very operational. It was such a learning experience and what a growth! Things change fast and the day to day is very stimulating as a result. People are amazing, smart, kind towards each other, this is truly unique and deserves to be highlighted.

Cons

Of course, there are not perfect, like no one is. There is room for improvement in terms of the organisational structure, objectives set to achieve goals, clarifying expectations and offering career growth opportunities for instance.
