The company is moving quickly and, if you understand how to work in an environment that is driving towards success, a great place to be. There is an annual profit share bonus that is almost 7,000. It's nice to be rewarded for hard work. The medical benefits are solid and the 401k is matched and there is no waiting period to be vested.

Cons

The company has high standards. Effort is rewarded and laziness is not tolerated.
