Pros

The leadership is tightly aligned from top to bottom with a clear vision for Sonars future and culture which I believe will take us to the next level as an organization. The culture is inviting and inspiring and I made the right decision by joining the team.

Cons

Changes are being made which will always have there challenges but there is a clear plan forward and I can see we the leadership is focused on improving them with as little disruptions as possible.

I won't repeat what the other low rated reviews say (but I do agree) I will say, day to day life was top-tier stressful. The instilled paranoia of not being perceived as productive is something I still have in my new role. Every monitoring feature is embedded in your laptop and HR quite literally walks around the office and counts desks. Twice a day. You will be expected to work off hours to accommodate for other time zones AND for the love of god, you better be in your seat from 8-6. My days were VERY frequently 6am- 7pm.
