Great facilities. Professional equipment. Paid training going with starting to work for the company. Nice professional uniform. Compensation for travel to education.

Cons

I found management was not very good in chasing up complaints made about other staff. As we were a collection centre in a rural area quite far away from head quarters and our Area Collection Manager, they just swept all of our complaints under the rug and didn't do anything about them.
