Pros

Good medical benefits if The conditions that I had been hired under were true. It would be a great place to work

Cons

Poor pay. Rigid management. Live to work mentality. People come to work sick coughing up a lung because their sick leave policy is absurd. Was told there was all kinds of flexibility in scheduling. Spend thousands and thousands on training and within six months probably 75% no longer work there.

Pros

Relatively small laboratory to work in. Some benefits are nice such as the company providing life insurance.

Cons

The management is chosen based on number of years employed and not necessarily leadership skills, this is then, firing huge amounts of stress on the laboratory workers. This also creates several unprofessional and inappropriate interactions between management and lower employees. The benefits are not exceptional, there are only two types of health insurance offered which are very expensive for anyone with a family. The sick time is accrued in a strange format where you are forced to use 3 PTO days before getting to use the sick time you’ve earned, it should really be changed so you can use your sick time without this restriction but maybe max it out at ten days a year like other companies. Also mental health should be a priority for this company since it is in healthcare and people should be given at least 2-5 mental health days a year. There is also little provided to employees who are pregnant or are fathers and need to leave work when having a new child, again you are a healthcare company take your employees health and their families into more serious consideration.

Pros

Good pay and decent benefits. Not usually micromanaged. That's about all that's good but got to meet that twenty word minimum!

Cons

Supervisors are a joke. Not qualified and promoted based on personal inappropriate relationships
