Pros

There is nothing good about this company at all.

Cons

I made a complaint against a mentally disturbed coworker who maliciously contaminated my workstation with the intent to make me sick. When I brought it to the attention of management, they declined to conduct an investigation, and in response to my application for a transfer to another department via the company website, a company-wide email was promptly circulated informing staff that all transfer requests were suspended indefinitely, effective immediately. The company refused to accommodate my request to be moved to another location where the employee in question could not as easily access my workstation, and was denied. I had no choice but to quit my position. The company was only concerned with quashing any potential liability, and had no interest whatsoever in maintaining a safe work environment, maintaining morale, or in protecting me.

Pros

Most of the employees are good people but there are still some bad apples. Salary and benefits are okay, comparable to other big companies. Things are slowly improving in different teams throughout the company so experience may depend if you have a good manager or not. Do not have to work long hours or put much effort because there is no point. So, in some teams, can work from home anytime or just play on the internet at the office.

Cons

There is a lot of bad history that they are still recovering from. However the problems are still there. Some people do not do work or have a terrible attitude because there is no reward for hard work or being a good employee. The things you hear about at big companies like office politics, bullying, harassment, are all there. If your manager is part of the problem, or is incompetent, then the people that try to improve the company are targeted. People act like kids and are not professional but instead there is constant criticism, blaming, and back-stabbing. So basically if you do not follow along with the bad culture club and actually try to do your job, or worse try to change or improve things, then you will get into a lot of trouble. That is why there are some people who either do not work, or do very little, and just keep quiet.

Pros

Zero, Nada, Zilch, Keep Looking.

Cons

The A/R Department: Low Moral, High School environment. Very serious about High School environment. Pay is average, as in 14-17 per hour. Raises are not based on individuality, but across the board, and lower than 2%. So ask yourself why "hard worker A" gets the same raise as "minimal worker B". Don't expect to come in and relax on the job. Stressful working environment due to lack of initiative from leads and management. It is the "just do what I said, or write up for you" mentality. You will be told to give inaccurate information to clients and patients (BY MANAGEMENT) in order to "preserve" the image of "good" service. Employees are asked to accomplish a very non-reachable daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goal based on numbers. Read that again...based on numbers. You are demanded to produce 300 to over 500 accounts weekly, which is just insane numbers for the environment and available resources. You feel micro managed and insecure. Also, policies change on a whim and at will in the area of A/R. I had to leave based on lack of decent compensation vs the toxic atmosphere and overwhelming work goals. Bottom line, it's all about the money for them, not you.
