Honor of working for Sony. Close contact with corporate office. Ability to make changes company wide easily.
Cons
Old and hard to understand software programs are used for POS, Delivery, etc. Corporate management is made up of mainly apparrel background which doesn't tie in well with decissions made in electronic retail environment. Low push of sales numbers from corporate level effects longetivity of retail sector. A lot of stores have closed due to this. Too high of focus of visual appearnace of store vs actual sales
