Pros

If you’re looking to work in the music industry, Sony Music’s name might open doors for you down the line. You’ll gain experience in a large corporate environment, which could be helpful for your resume.

Cons

Despite the time and effort I put in to deliver high-quality work, Sony Music decided to outsource my position. This decision shows a complete disregard for employee loyalty and dedication. Management is more focused on cost-cutting than valuing their employees, even if it means losing highly skilled talent. The company’s priorities are misguided, and their communication about structural changes is poor. It’s clear they care more about their bottom line than the people who keep things running.
