Amazing projects and co-workers. People at the company are passionate and love the music and artists

Cons

Upper management lacks any understanding of how unhappy their employees are. The environment is toxic and leadership just pretends to not notice. You could waste an entire career at Sony waiting for a deserved promotion that never comes. The morale is low and leadership encourages "hustle culture" to an alarming degree.
