      Was once a promising enterprise.

      Cons

      Typical narrative- combination of PE pressures and a Founder who surrounded himself with low integrity, fast talking, BS artists. Constant strategic blunders that cause layoffs to great hardworking people below senior leadership.

      -Good people (but that is degrading quickly)

      Cons

      -2023 has been nothing but layoffs and firing of the entire Sr. Leadership team. -The financial position of the company is dire and nobody seemed to know that until January - The cost cuts and headcount cuts have now just become ridiculous. The people who remain can't possible do the work.

      Pros

      Remote...that's about it. There was a solid team of great people, but most have quit.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, ineffective upper-leadership, lack of team collaboration by the current director, and disregard for employee's mental health.
