Great Place to Work/Not lots of Growth in the Role
Pros
Wonderful teammates, lots of flexibility with remote work. Work life balance in this role is a plus. Company tries to care about employees and patients.
Cons
-Inflation is a real problem and salaries need to be matched for this. Performance increases are not enough currently. At times we get small "bonuses" but really $250 a year is almost insulting. It is a physician led company and the physicians get the real money. Understand that is what makes the money but we help as well and I would be happy with a salary increase just to match the inflation so I can be comfortable again. The small increase a year with performance evaluations is not enough. I wish in this role they would consider actual raises. Some of us take on a lot of extra work and go above and beyond. I wish it could be recognized in pay. That is why we work, to live. -There is always talk of helping to promote us into other roles but it rarely happens. Even if you are vocal about it. The path for growth is extremely slim in this role. -Benefits suck. HSA input from the company went down this year and the cost to visit my primary care is way too high. Benefits need to get better, cost is too high. We work in healthcare, it should be better.
