Pros

Met some great colleagues and learned a lot.

Cons

Since I joined my team, I have no personal life anymore. My health has suffered as have my relationships. Long hours are essentially demanded, incredibly awful management doesnt help either. No structure, no proper training and no help whatsoever. Needless to say..think twice before you say 'yes' or you'll be member of the 'Sound divorced club' because all you'll do is work.

Pros

Pay is outstanding Benefits Great place to get your foot in the door

Cons

Leadership plays favorites EXTREMLY HIGH WORKLOADS Pay is not worth losing your sanity by the time you clock out. Mental health is so important. With this job comes severe deadlines that are just down right not feasible. You will bend over backwards at this place for little to no recognition.

Dull corporate company with little to offer

Pros

It's steady employment and if you're fascinated by provider scheduling and selling hospitalist management, you'll probably like the work.

Cons

Really awful executive team. All (white) men. They give very little support to teams under them, basically demanding results while giving no extra resources or support. It's also a very far-flung company, lots of remote work and colleagues, so you may only get to know people over the phone. Really just not a particularly interesting or dynamic company.
