Pros

No matter what your role is they make sure you feel valued as an employee. They have profit sharing based on your contribution and work ethic. If the company does well you can expect a yearly raise. Upper management works with everyone from top to bottom so you know your voice is heard.

Cons

Many of the roles here will require travel. If you have a family it can be difficult to be away from family a lot.

Pros

Top leadership - David Schuman, Nancy Kane, and Jen Hall are all top notch folks. Further, CEO and COO are also exceptional. First class attempts at building a strong company. Despite negatives, the culture was upbeat and great attempts were made to ensure a happy, pleasant workplace.

Cons

Mushroom cloud of growth left this company twisting in the wind wondering how to right itself. With the stroke of a pen, the company doubled in size, and with that, created a storm of challenges. Terrible onboarding. Absentee management. And vast confusion as to proper processes. Further, due to immense new workload, many credentialers quit, thus crashing momentum of recruiters, who were not able to get doctors to work. Countless promises were broken to providers due to circumstances beyond recruiters' control. It ruined countless relationships with providers and was a primary reason in growing turnover rate. Staffers in transition and stressed out beyond measure were not able to keep up with phone & email volume. Also learned that several employees were bringing guns to work, against policy.
