I know firsthand that your role is a demanding one, so thank you for doing what you do, day in and out, to support our clinicians. We would not be successful without you! I also want to acknowledge the challenge of change — improving our practice model brought new structure and processes, and we’ve brought in new leadership with new ideas to help us take care of more patients, coast to coast. Because of our national footprint, the experience — though we try to make it consistent — can feel different depending on where you are. Thank you for your advice here. If you’re interested, I’d love to chat to better understand how we can reinvigorate our culture. You can reach out to me directly via email, or here at belong@soundphysicians.com. — Jennifer Grover, Senior Vice President of Operations

Horrible benefits and no bonuses.

Pros

People are nice and fun to work with

Cons

The company benefits are horrible and not worth the high premiums, do not expect to receive a bonus because the company will not give you one. They will give out gift card every now and then but its not enough to do anything with. Claims are very high because they allow providers to start working before receiving back their intake packets. Its a headache with all the different spreadsheets that you are working from and most times you are double working. No organization and they will have you working on one thing then switch it up to work on something else and get upset when you didn't complete the very project they took you from to work on something else.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience here. The work we do is, no doubt, demanding and varied, and often requires shift in focus and priority. We recognize the pace and expectations of the job, but we also want to ensure we’re doing what we can to support our people. And we value growth and development, so we’re sorry to hear this was not your experience. Thanks, too, for your feedback on benefits, and we’re continuing to work on improving our offerings. If you’d like to provide additional feedback, we welcome it at belong@soundphysicians.com. — The Sound team
