      Pros

      Clear mission, vision, and values. Patient outcomes driven.

      Cons

      The company could improve their infrastructure: marketing, IT, credentialing, HR, etc. Sometimes it takes a very long time for departments to respond to questions/emails/calls.

      Pros

      Sound's Mission, Vision and Values are aligned with my guiding principles. I have confidence in Sound's leadership along with the tools Sound uses to grow and and develop its physicians.

      Cons

      Its a great place to work. For some reason providers outside of Sound think we are "too big".

      Pros

      Clarity of vision, sensational energy, and organizationally nimble. I've worked in a lot of healthcare settings, and this is the most rewarding organization I've been a part of.

      Cons

      Having just gone through an acquisition, the pace and volume of work right now is very high. However, the organization is poised to get through the transition successfully.
